Meet the Artist

Bethany Joy Madrid is a working mother that enjoys cooking, traveling, beekeeping, gardening, painting and interior decorating. She manages an international web portal for the worlds largest computer company.  Painting provides a creative outlet for stress relief and way for her to share her art with others. 

She grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma finished her degree in marketing.  Bethany currently lives in Katy, Texas with her husband, two young boys, 2 dogs, 3 cats, rabbit, doves, pigeons, chickens, bees and parakeets.  She enjoys traveling with her job and recently visited Belize, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, India, Turkey, Germany, Mexico, Bucharest, Cambodia, Vietnam, Spain and several major US cities.

Gallery Exhibits

A majority of Bethany's artwork is done via consultation and custom order.   A limited variety of coastal artwork is available at St. John Antiques (Galveston, Texas) or at Feliz Interiors.
